Do you wash my clothes together with other people’s clothes?

No, we process each customer’s load individually to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination. Your clothes are handled with personalised care from start to finish.

Does Fabrik.care offer same-day service?

Currently, we offer a 48-hour turnaround time for all laundry services. We do not offer same-day or next-day service at this time.

How does Fabrik care ensure quality cleaning?

We have developed several steps in our process to ensure that your clothes always receive the best care.
We rely on our experience: It takes experience to recognize a great cleaner. With over 6 years of experience in the textiles industry, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our valued customers.
We work with the best: We have a thorough vetting process and always make sure that our cleaning partners are well-managed, environmentally conscious, and follow industry best practices.
We have quality built into our internal process: We have several additional processes outside of the cleaning process in place to ensure that your garments are inspected while they are in our care. No item can pass our “quality control” check and be returned to you without a member of our internal team reviewing it. We’ll do what it takes to get everything right: We are confident that your items will receive the best quality cleaning possible.
If you find a stain that has slipped through the cracks or your garment doesn’t meet our (or your) quality standards, please email care@closphere.in and we’ll provide a complimentary re-cleaning.

What measures do you take to ensure the safety of my garments?

We implement multiple layers of inspection and quality control. Each garment is carefully inspected upon arrival, cleaned according to the best-suited method, and re-inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our high standards.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will do everything possible to make it right, including complimentary re-cleaning if necessary.

What types of detergents do you use?

We use 100% toxic-free organic solutions to clean your clothes. Our commitment to eco-friendly practices ensures your garments are cleaned safely and sustainably.

Should I separate my laundry before pickup?

We ask that you separate your laundry into categories such as Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, and Dry Cleaning. If you are unable to do so, our pickup team can assist you during collection.
